More than 40 professionals from the commercial teams and delegations of Assistència Sanitària met at Barcelona Hospital, the exclusive healthcare centre for the entity’s insured members. The day served as a meeting point to strengthen coordination between delegations, share objectives, and jointly analyse commercial activity.
Updates and improvements
During the first part of the event, participants carried out working sessions and group meetings, focusing on knowledge exchange, sharing strategies, and developing the new range of products and services that the entity is preparing. These updates aim to respond to the current needs of people seeking the best healthcare with innovative solutions and the usual focus on quality care.
Attendees had the opportunity to visit the hospital at close quarters and learn about its most recent projects. Among the updates presented during the visit were the new access points to the Emergency and Admissions Area, the full renovation of several inpatient floors, and the in-house clinical laboratory, AssislaHB, which processes all analytical tests for the Assistència Group.
