ASISA extends the cover of its travel insurance policies and adds veterinary assistance
Among the key changes, the company has raised the maximum limit for cover abroad to one million euros.
ASISA has extended the cover of its ASISA Travel insurance policies to strengthen the protection of its policyholders against unforeseen events that may arise during their trips.
Among the main new features, the company has raised to one million euros the maximum coverage limit for medical and healthcare assistance abroad, has added veterinary assistance while travelling and has made the contracting more flexible so that each customer can choose between a modality with trip cancellation and another without this cover.
Up to one million euros for medical and healthcare assistance
With this extension of cover, ASISA Travel has increased the maximum limit allocated to one million euros for covering the healthcare assistance that the insured person may need during a trip abroad.
This extension makes it possible to deal more safely with expenses arising from an illness or accident during the trip, including medical care, diagnostic tests, treatments or hospitalisation.
