Barcelona Hospital reinforces its commitment to the ongoing professional development of healthcare professionals

The Hospital de Barcelona once again hosted a range of training activities aimed at the continuous improvement of clinical practice. Among these, a course on magnetic resonance imaging and computer-assisted tomography applied to podiatric surgery stood out; held on 10 and 11 April and organised by the Spanish Society of Podiatric Surgery, it brought together around thirty specialists for a series of theoretical and practical sessions.

Furthermore, the Hospital hosted the first nursing conference, focusing on vascular access, innovation and patient safety, coinciding with World Nursing Week. In June, it also hosted the second edition of the Ultrasound for Microsurgeons course, focusing on the use of high-frequency ultrasound in microsurgery.
